Privacy Policy
How we handle your information when you visit this site or call our number.
Effective date
This policy is effective as of October 19, 2026. It explains what information Red Lion PA Main Water Line collects, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
What we collect
This site is a call-only service, so most of the information we receive comes through the phone. When you call, we may receive your phone number, the time and length of the call, the number you dialed, and anything you tell us during the conversation. We do not operate an online form, a chat window, or an account system, so we do not collect names, passwords, or payment details through this site.
This site does not currently use analytics tools. If that changes, we will describe what is collected on this page before it starts.
Call tracking and recording
When you call the number on this site, your call may be recorded for quality assurance and for routing your request to the right independent local professional. If a call is recorded, you will be told at the start of the call. The phone number displayed on this site may be a call-tracking number that forwards to our call center.
We use call tracking to count calls, to route your request to the right professional, and to review call quality. We use call recordings to train the people who answer, to resolve disputes about what was said, and to improve how calls are handled. Pennsylvania is a two-party consent state. If a call is recorded, you will be told at the start of the call, and by staying on the line after that you consent to the recording. If you do not want the call recorded, hang up when you are told.

Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them, we will update this policy first. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.
How we use information
We use the information described above to answer your call, route your request to an independent local professional, review the quality of our call handling, keep the site running, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.
We may share limited information in these situations: with the independent local professional your call is routed to, so they can respond to your request; with service providers who help us operate the site and the phone system, under agreements that limit how they use it; and when required by law, such as a court order or a lawful government request.
Your choices
If you want to know what information we hold about your call, or you want a recording of your call deleted, contact us by phone at (223) 677-0279 and we will handle your request. You can also ask us to stop using your number for any follow-up. Because this is a call-only service, phone is the way to reach us about privacy matters.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site or to call our number after a change means you accept the updated policy.
